What this website does

This website provides product information, a fictional workflow tour, a guided conversation with prepared answers and a general enquiry form. It does not accept documents, process cases, or offer user accounts.

Contact enquiries

When you submit the form, we use your name, email address, optional organization, topic and message to respond and manage the resulting correspondence. Your enquiry passes through Cloudflare and Resend and is delivered to our Google Workspace inbox. We do not subscribe you to marketing, sell your information, or send an automatic reply.

Please provide only what we need to answer your question. Do not send confidential documents, actual recipient data, sensitive personal information, or protected or classified material. You can also contact us directly by email.

Website hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It processes technical request information, which can include your IP address, browser information, requested page and request time, to deliver the site and protect its services. Processing may occur outside Canada. We do not enable application request logging or advertising analytics.

For form abuse prevention and duplicate-submission protection, our control database stores a submission identifier, keyed hashes of request information, a timestamp and submission status. It does not store the enquiry text or raw IP address. Records expire after 24 hours and are cleared by subsequent requests and a daily cleanup. Cloudflare backup recovery can retain older database versions beyond deletion.

Email providers

Resend delivers form enquiries using its US sending region. Its service stores email content and delivery logs in the United States and normally retains them for 30 days under its standard plans. Google Workspace stores our received correspondence. Provider infrastructure and backups may process information outside Canada. Enquiries are sent over encrypted connections; only staff responsible for handling correspondence should access the inbox.

Our retention policy

We retain completed enquiry correspondence for up to 12 months after the conversation closes, then remove it through our mailbox review process. Records needed for an ongoing business relationship or applicable legal obligations may be retained longer for that purpose. Provider backup and recovery periods may continue beyond deletion from the active mailbox.

The guide, tour and cookies

The guide matches your short typed questions and selected choices to prepared guidance and next steps in your browser. Typed questions are processed locally in page memory, not sent to us or a chat provider. It uses no live AI or third-party chat service. Do not enter personal, confidential, protected or classified information. Start again clears the conversation, and reloading resets it. The tour uses fictional data. Their state stays in page memory and resets when you reload. The authored website uses no cookies, advertising trackers, analytics scripts or browser storage. Cloudflare may use security technologies to serve and protect the website.

You can browse without submitting an enquiry. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, subject to applicable obligations. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
