The aim is less manual preparation, with facts, sources and decisions connected. Today’s prototype demonstrates the review sequence; future AI assistance could reduce repetitive work while preserving appropriate oversight.
The current prototype uses manual selection of synthetic, versioned templates. Future AI could recommend or select the appropriate approved template using organizational rules, validation and review controls—reducing routine selection work. A maintained central catalogue and AI assistance remain planned.
Bundled fictional budgets and descriptions supply today’s candidate information. Supported Excel and Word ingestion is planned.
Exact-decimal demo rules reconcile totals and reject invalid amounts. Production financial rules are still to be defined and validated.
Required-field and date checks expose missing facts. Broader cross-document conflict detection remains planned.
Review source references, enter corrections, and approve each section. The editorial example is fixed; functioning local AI is planned.
Approved values populate explicitly mapped fields in the selected synthetic shell. The current output contains no legal provisions.
Faithful Word assembly and a draft for further review in Word remain planned. Local review-record export is demonstrated.
